It’s time for round 5
We are back! After a nasty shunt last time out at Croft we’re back at Silverstone for the Civic Cup and I cannot wait to get back out there!
It’s been a joint effort to get the car fixed in time and I’d like to send a massive thank you to Geoff Edmundson from Annfield Auto Services, Onamission, Turan from Skins Vinyl, Ben Sharpe Racing and of course all my sponsors.
We’ve got 4 races this weekend including the cancelled race two from Oulton Park and a full day’s testing to shake the car down.

Report:
Round 5 of the Civic Cup Official was hard fought with some big steps forward.
A pole position, 2nd in race 1 and some solid finishes firmly round off what can only be described as a solid weekend. There’s still work to do but as a team we are only getting stronger.
Unfortunately, this is likely to be my final round in the championship due to a lack of budget to continue with all the problems we’ve had this year. I can’t thank each and every one of the people who have made it happen enough and it was amazing to have nearly all of them at the track this weekend for a big sponsor meal at the newly opened Escapade restaurant.
If you’d like to help me continue this year please get in touch and we can figure something out but for now it’s back to working hard behind the scenes on my next big opportunity which will be announced in due course.
Once again, thank you to everyone at BSR – Ben Sharpe Racing for continuing to work hard and push forward and I’m sure they’ll be back at the front for the final two rounds.
